This table started with examining KS202EW and finding a significant discrepancy with households reporting a local authority and other social landlord compared with counts of dwellings. The 2011 Census for England reported over 2 million households in local authority tenure and 1.8 million other social landlords. But there are more dwellings owned by other social landlords than local authorities so I have used the dwelling counts to correct the household data. I conclude there is a systematic error in these two variables.
