Today the Measuring National Well-being Programme publishes Personal Well-being in the UK 2012/13. This is the first statistical bulletin relating to Personal Well-being and represents a major milestone for the Programme.
These most recent findings tell us how people feel their lives have changed over the last two years. Included in the publication is an interactive graph which allows easy comparison of the year on year changes in how people sense that their activities are worthwhile, and how they rate their life satisfaction, happiness and anxiety.
Measuring National Well-being is a long term statistical development programme which aims to put people at the heart of official statistics by measuring what matters, and informing better decisions by policy makers.
