The following message has been received from the Office for National Statistics inviting participation in a survey:

A project is underway to improve the accessibility and coherence of official Health and Social Care Data. Currently government statistics are spread across a number of websites and it's not always clear to users where they need to go to find the data they're looking for, or how it can or should be used. We need your feedback to help shape improvements to the ways you can find and use health and social care data. You can help by completing this short survey (https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/C996Q67 )

The survey asks for your feedback around finding and using health and social care data and also asks if you'd be willing to take part in further user research, which can take the form of further in-depth surveys, telephone interviews or face to face meetings.

Please take the time to complete the survey, as your feedback and comments will help us make changes to improve your experience of using health and social care data.
