I would like to draw attention to a list of useful 'Products' placed on the London Councils website which local authorities may wish to use in planning and implementing I&I transition. These products have been compiled by the London Transition Programme Information and Intelligence (I&I) working group - link as follows: http://www.londoncouncils.gov.uk/policylobbying/healthadultservices/publichealth/publichealthinformationintelligence.htm Much of the key discussion is currently around arrangements for access to Person Identifiable Data versus pseudonymised data and Information Governance arrangements post transition. Product 'E' entitled 'Access to PID' is a short briefing produced by PHACT (the London Public Health Analysts Consultation Team) which introduces and describes some of the uses that have been made of PID data in local public health with the intention of informing this discussion.
