Has anyone attempted to formally set out what the specific Public Health Intelligence 'offer' to the CCG in your area looks like? I am referring to something that goes beyond any broad statements of intent that might be in the MoU between public health as a whole and the CCG and describes in detail what products/outputs and services the Public Health Intelligence Team in the LA will provide to the CCG in 2012/13 and also whether there are any limitations (capacity, data, organisational design etc) to the service that can be provided.   

 

I'm trying to draft something for Manchester and would be interested to see any examples from other parts of the North West. I would be happy to share my work in progress with anyone interested in participating in this discussion.
