Can anyone advise on the best table to use to get the number of Households in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in an area?

The only table I have found is KS401 which has shared dwellings in it; QS418 doesn't give any extra information.  You can calculate the number of household spaces in shared dwellings as 2*Shared Dwell with 2 HHld Spaces  + (Total HHld Spaces - 2*Shared Dwell with 2 HHld Spaces - Unshared Dwellings=Shared Dwell with 3 or more HHld Spaces).  So for Bristol City, this gives 1,905 HHld Spaces in Shared Dwellings - is that the right sort of ball park?

Hi Piers

Thanks for that.
We have 1,332 licenced HMOS in Bristol so that figure looks about right.
I'm struggling with definitions in my head I think.
