Further to Alison Neave's post of 8th June regarding feedback on the Health Survey for England publication, attached is a questionnaire that may be used in response.

In view of the tight deadline please note that HSUG members have an extra two weeks to respond(up to 2nd July).

Please also note that HSUG will be coordinating a response, and if you would like your comments to be included in this submission please send me any contributions (either using the questionnaire or in a separate document) by 25th June using the email rwillmer@btinternet.com.

Alison's post sets out more of the background to the survey and further links.

    Many thanks

Thank you very much Richard for your message and kind offer to send in a coordinated reply to us. We welcome feedback from readers of our publications.

The Health Survey for England is an annual household survey looking at the health of the population and prevalence of health related behaviours and risk factors. The topics it covers include overweight and obesity, smoking, alcohol consumption, general health, hypertension, and diabetes. Our annual publications about the survey findings are available via digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/publications/....

The publication feedback survey opened on 27 April and we have extended the closing date until 2 July 2018.   The on-line survey is at this link nhs-digital.citizenspace.com/consultations/...

If you have questions about the Heath Survey for England or about this publication feedback survey please contact us at surveys.queries@nhs.net
